The Bronx River Art Center is a 20-year old community-based multi-arts organization, located in a four-story converted warehouse building, on the banks of the Bronx River, in the south-central section of the Bronx. Through its three interlocking programs - free after-school classes in visual arts, contemporary art exhibitions and performances and studio spaces for professional artists - BRAC provides cultural opportunities to a multi-ethnic community. Located two blocks south of The Bronx Zoo, BRAC is convenient to mass transit.
