Over the past six weeks I learned many different things. I was taught how to row a boat and be a captain, but I need more practice. I saw some oyster colonies and learned how they contributed to the river. I also did some water testing to see how the river was doing. I had a great experience, learned a lot, and met some great people. I was a blast.

Hi everyone this week I did water testing and Tony was showing me how to test the water . So I could see if there is oxygen in the water I learn that the fish only get 15 parts per million and we get two hundred thousand per million .We got interview by NY1 on Tuesday and if was fun , I think that the fish are getting the perfect amount of oxygen. by Johannis

Hi! I think it was really cool how we found/saw a bunch of oysters and saw the animals that were there like the crabs and the school of fish. I think its really good for the river because those many oysters that we found/saw are going to purify the river so I’m really happy about that and it is also good that the river has a lager population of animals which means the river is getting a little better…right?
