It was fun rowing the boat I think that I did better this time, the water was more dirty than last time I wonder why the water was more dirty this time? last week we saw a crab and this week we saw a horseshoe crab I hope that the river gets cleaner. Johannis
QUESTION: Where does this sewer come from?
its fun to be a captain although its hard and people look up to you…for directions its still fun. i don’t get how when you pull the oar it goes one way and how when you push it it goes another way. i mean i get it but its difficult because i never know when i have to pull it or push it.
the animals were very interesting and the plants too. specially the plant with he berries the bird that flew away before got to take the picture… that got me mad. it is really interesting how the big horseshoe crab moves from shell when its small and how it expands and decreases its size when the shell is too small.

QUESTION: can you name the bird?
I had lots of fun on Tuesday thanks to Will i learn how to rock the boat while i was not rocking the boat i was taking neat pictures of the Bronx river. I took amazing pictures of the tress and plants. i also took a pictures of a pretty bird that i saw it was all white and the beak was bright orange . i also took pictures of the water why was the water darker than the last time we was there? could it be harmful to the animal that live in the water ? hopefully next time i go it will be much better such as cleaner i am kind of worry .i will like to thank all the staff and Tony see ya next time.

The first week of the program was fun ,but the second week was better.
After the first week I am over all fears of tiping over in the water.
I had an nice time rowing and laughing with Cici and Wes sure I felt comfortable.
I was apart of the group which was suppose to capture the sounds of The Bronx River .
My boat we rowed called range made it all the way to the mouth of the river
I wonder if there are alot of sea creatures that live in The Bronx River.

This week at R.T.B ,we started taking pictures,G.P.S,and sound recording. My questions are how do you find out the water quality? and what organisms live in the water. When I was sound recording my favorite sound was the paddles against the water. Unfortunately this week the water was discolored. It was a dark brown. Dominique
I was on a little boat in the the bronx river in the water was a great expirence and a fun one too. but in the water was a strange color, the people from rocking the boat was going to test the water I hope that its clear up for this tuesday. I wonder what made the water a redish color. Jimmy Shaw
