Irina Danilova
BRAC Teaching Artist, Drawing and Painting, 1999 - Present
Born and raised in the Ukraine, Irina Danilova is a New York based experimental installation, media and performance artist /curator. She has an MFA from the SVA and currently is an Assistant Professor at Kingsborough College of CUNY. Irina Danilova is working on several lifelong projects, one of which is Project 59, where a random number is used as a key for interactive approaches.
Why I Teach: “It is a pleasure to share knowledge and experience, and to see development in students' works. Working with youth provides knowledge about new generations. Teaching is challenging and thoughtful social activity.”
