A Healing Drum Circle for West Farms Square

A Healing Drum Circle for West Farms Square

BRAC and CB6 partner to host a socially-distanced cultural immigrant initiative event!

***Due to inclement weather over the weekend, THE HEALING DRUM CIRCLE for WEST FARMS SQUARE has been rescheduled to Monday, June 29th from 1:00-3:00 PM at BRAC for Council District #15.***

As New York City re-opens with Phase 2, come help BRAC and Community Board 6 demonstrate how to creatively protect and heal our diverse community, while symbolically driving COVID-19 out of The Bronx.

Join us for a creative mask-making workshop and a safe, socially-distanced Drum Circle for West Farms Square at BRAC, surrounded by an installation of hand-painted flags, representing the Immigrant Communities of Council District 15.

Monday, June 29th from 1:00-3:00 PM

Meet next door to BRAC at 1087 E. Tremont Ave in the new Parks Department Greenway plaza. Interested community members can RSVP to join the Drum Circle in person or virtually, by signing up at bracbx.eventbrite.com.

RSVP online to join for a limited number of participants, or through a virtual live-stream at Eventbrite.
